ETFL Seeding Weekend Odds

9:00 AM

(#6) Team Scoop vs. (#7) Team Toi

ETFL Betting Line

Spread

  • Team Toi -4.5

Moneyline

  • Team Toi -190
  • Team Scoop +160

Over/Under

  • 39.5

Game Preview

This line has taken one of the biggest swings of the season.

Earlier in the week, Team Scoop opened as the favourite despite the expected absence of starting quarterback Scoop Mallen. However, league playoff roster rules have now changed the outlook entirely.

Because Seeding Weekend is officially considered part of the postseason, Team Scoop is required to play with its existing roster unless its opponent approves a player pickup. Team Toi has exercised its right to deny a replacement quarterback, leaving Team Scoop without a viable option under center.

That changes everything.

Scoop still has talented skill players capable of making big plays, but without an experienced quarterback to consistently get them the football, sustaining drives becomes a major challenge. Expect a simplified offensive game plan built around short, high-percentage throws and limiting turnovers.

For Team Toi, this represents a massive opportunity. Despite their defensive struggles throughout the regular season, they now enter the weekend with a favorable matchup against an offense that will likely be operating well below full strength. If Team Toi protects the football and capitalizes on good field position, they have an excellent chance to improve their playoff seeding.

Prediction: Team Toi 24 – Team Scoop 13

(#5) Team Jeff vs. Winner of Game 1

If Team Toi Advances (Most Likely)

Spread

  • Team Jeff -9.5

Moneyline

  • Team Jeff -375
  • Team Toi +285

Over/Under

  • 48.5

Game Preview

Should Team Toi advance, they’ll run into one of the league’s hottest offenses.

Team Jeff enters Seeding Weekend fresh off a 45-point performance and boasts one of the most explosive passing attacks in the ETFL. Jeff Paras has consistently stretched opposing defenses, while Kearaun Francis, David Smith, and Jamall Brown have proven capable of scoring from anywhere on the field.

Team Toi has shown all season that they can put points on the board, but stopping high-powered offenses has been their biggest challenge. Unless their defense produces multiple takeaways, Team Jeff should have the advantage.

Prediction: Team Jeff 35 – Team Toi 21

If Team Scoop Pulls the Upset

Spread

  • Team Jeff -10.5

Moneyline

  • Team Jeff -450
  • Team Scoop +340

Over/Under

  • 41.5

Game Preview

If Team Scoop manages to overcome the odds and defeat Team Toi, it would likely require an exceptional defensive effort and near mistake-free football.

Without both Scoop Mallen and an approved replacement quarterback, every offensive possession becomes critical. Team Jeff would enter this matchup as a heavy favourite, with the ability to pressure an inexperienced quarterback while continuing to lean on one of the league’s deepest receiving corps.

For Team Scoop, simply reaching this game under these circumstances would already represent an impressive accomplishment.

(#4) Team Clarke vs. (#3) Team Heaney

Spread

  • Team Heaney -2.5

Moneyline

  • Team Heaney -135
  • Team Clarke +115

Over/Under

  • 50.5

Game Preview

This may be the toughest game of the weekend to handicap. Clarke owns one of the deepest offenses in the league, while Heaney has quietly become one of the hottest teams, averaging roughly 30 points per game over the last five weeks. Joe MacDonald has been nearly unstoppable lately, giving Team Heaney a slight edge.

Prediction: Team Heaney 28 – Team Clarke 26

(#2) Team Glavic vs. (#1) Team Pacas

ETFL Game of the Week

Spread

  • Team Pacas -6.5

Moneyline

  • Team Pacas -250
  • Team Glavic +195

Over/Under

  • 54.5

Game Preview

After defeating Team Glavic in Week 5, Team Pacas enters as the clear favourite. Anthony Barrett is playing the best football in the league, while Pacas has won every major test thrown at them this season.

Don’t let Week 5’s final score fool you, however. Glavic nearly completed an incredible comeback and had the ball with a chance to win before Barrett’s game-ending pick-six. If Glavic limits the early mistakes that plagued them in Week 5, this game could easily come down to the final possession once again.

Prediction: Team Pacas 34 – Team Glavic 27

Biggest Movers

  • 📈 Team Heaney continues to climb after another impressive offensive performance and now looks like the strongest challenger outside of Pacas and Glavic.
  • 📈 Team Pacas further solidified its status as the championship favorite after an undefeated Week 5 highlighted by Anthony Barrett’s five-touchdown masterpiece.
  • 📉 Team Glavic remains a legitimate contender but slips slightly after suffering its first loss and showing uncharacteristic inconsistency early against Pacas.
  • 📉 Team Jeff showed their offensive ceiling with a 45-point performance but remains difficult to trust after an inconsistent doubleheader.
